Nope that was the team's next in command after colonel O'Neill.
Harry was one of the other lot.

He was the one who chucked Daniel Jackson's suitcase at him.
And was the first one of the team to see Ra.

Why is it that I saw one of O'Neil's men as one of Rah's blokes but then moments later I see him in that watery pit with the other captives aboard the big pyramid thingy.
